Text Content: Around 1 in 7 people will suffer from Migraines according to The Journal of Headache and Pain (2013). Migraine is more prevalent than diabetes, epilepsy and asthma combined. (All-Party Parliamentary Group on Primary Headache Disorders, 2010). Migraines can have a serious effect on your sleep or can be triggered by your sleep habits.
